Participants will rotate through supervised activity stations throughout the event.

Triple A Coach instructors and event staff will provide oversight and guidance during scheduled activities.

The goal is to provide an organized, approachable, and enjoyable Halloween community event for participants with different experience levels.

Yes. Event instructors and staff will provide guidance throughout supervised activities.

Can minors attend?

Minors attending the event must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Participation in individual activities is subject to organizer and facility requirements.

What should I bring?

Please consider bringing:

• Closed-toe shoes
• Brimmed hat
• Eye and ear protection where required
• Water
• Sunscreen
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• A pumpkin or jack-o’-lantern for the Stockpile Cache bonus

If weather forces the event to be canceled or rescheduled, registered attendees will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

Refund Policy

• $5 of the event registration is non-refundable, except when the event is canceled by Triple A Coach LLC.
• 100% refund if the event is canceled by Triple A Coach LLC.
• 50% refund for a weather-related event cancellation.
• Third-party processing fees are excluded from refunds.
• Prize drawing tickets are non-refundable.
• The prize drawing is planned to take place regardless of weather, subject to applicable event requirements.
